searching for sentinels  : Your music as far as we heard was a collage of samples and sounds and music put together
very precisely and subtly to create the whole composition. There is no 'dead' space in your music. All the sounds-
no matter how insignificant play an important part in the whole- for example, in Monster 7 that james brown (?) sample
was a refreshing way to awaken the listener with something familiar after hearing unfamiliar sounds throughout the song.
Other songs had recordings from the radio- again something familiar within the unfamiliar but all part of the whole.".

personally feel that these are your best pieces to date--
the dynamics are perfect! and i think your sound design has improved hugely. the disastrato rythym interludes have never
sounded better. very meticulous sound selection and, as always, great use of samples.

someone described it as "fleeting" and i couldn't agree more--but ephemeral music is where it's at in my book. i think the
track lengths are perfect and, as an ep, this is the perfect length. the sudden changes in direction are good. you know
i like them.  :) keeps me on my toes and in full enjoyment. 

your music is conversational, and that always brings me enjoyment. generally the elements speak amongst and to
themselves. but then the moments where you reach in and switch things up--"no, no, not like that, like this"

Being very short with the tracks is a plus I guess, as the individul tracks are actually one so it's really more of a 3 track

manner, the last lite seemed more impressive than this one

i'm surprised from how it starts out that it's content to work within remix artistry so much of the time (the ep, i mean not
just track1). 
i appreciate it in a shirley&spinoza sort of way. 
that said i think the production is very sensitive and the ep itself incorporates a nice range of hacking and experimentation. 
if i had choose two major criticisms it would be that the ep relies a bit too heavily on large chunks of other tracks and that
the vocal samps are tedious. tedious isn't the right word- i've never been able to relate well to tracks that lay a vocal
sample from some political person or movie over top of a piece. i don't know why but i always percieve it as a distraction."

mpg  : sounds like faux-avant garde style with typical modern dsp.
some fairly original material here, though I didn't really think it had much substance. sound quality is nice, though."

i thought the juxtapositions were a bit lug-headed, then ... not. i started to feel it more.
too much of it sounded too much like fast forwarding through a cd or noodling in soundforge. which is an intriguing idea,
making this kind of "listening to music as a task" idea musical, but...it felt muted. the transitions didn't move me.
i did want to listen to it again immediately
i loved the crunch in track 1 and the percussion in track 4. and the voice in track 3. and the soundtrack lift in track 2.
in fact lots of great noise in there.

anyway, i avaoided your warning and now i give you comments you will dislike. but it is not about..."
